Last updated: 30 October 2026Operator and purpose
Tommy operates these applications personally for his own Google accounts, using privately configured Hermes and Openmausbot assistants. They are not offered as a service for public registration. The contact address is admin@keystandardproperty.co.uk.
The integrations use Google data to carry out tasks requested by the operator, including working with files, creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations, handling email, and reading or adding calendar events.
Google data accessed and used
Depending on the permissions granted to each application and the tools enabled, a task may involve:
- Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides: file names and metadata, document text, spreadsheet contents, presentation contents, and files created or edited for the task.
- Gmail: message content, sender and recipient details, subjects, and other message metadata needed to read, compose or send email.
- Calendar: event titles, descriptions, times and related details needed to read or create events.
Google authorisation controls the access granted to each connection. These pages do not themselves grant permissions. The operator should grant only the access needed for the tools he uses.
AI processing and other services
The configured AI service is OpenAI Codex accessed through the operator’s ChatGPT subscription. Google content included in an assistant task may be transmitted to OpenAI to produce a response or carry out that task. OpenAI handles received information under the terms and data controls applicable to that account and service.
Creating or editing a file, sending an email, or adding a calendar event transmits the relevant information back to Google. Sending email or saving material in a shared Drive location can also make that material available to the recipients or people with access to that location.
This policy does not claim that processing stays entirely on the operator’s server, or make an unverified promise about an AI provider’s training or retention practices.
Storage and retention
Documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other outputs saved to Google Drive remain in that account until removed under its usual file and retention settings. Emails and calendar events remain in the relevant Google service unless removed.
Information used in a task may also remain in local assistant conversation history, downloaded or working files, and selected agent memories. No fixed automatic deletion period has been established for these local records. They remain until removed through the relevant assistant or local storage controls.
Removing an item from Drive does not automatically remove copies in conversation history, memory, working files or any backups that exist. Similarly, deleting a conversation does not necessarily delete an agent memory or a file created from it. Provider-side retention is governed by the applicable provider settings and terms.
Access, revocation and deletion
Use Google Account connections to review or revoke either application’s Google access. Revocation prevents further authorised access through that grant but does not delete previously saved data or outputs.
Delete Google files, messages and calendar events using the relevant Google service. To remove local copies, conversation history or selected memories, use the relevant assistant’s controls and check its local storage. For questions or help locating stored information, contact admin@keystandardproperty.co.uk.
This public information site
Cloudflare hosts these static information pages. They contain no Google login, assistant backend, home-server proxy, embedded third-party content or analytics scripts. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the site under its applicable policies.
The pages request exclusion from search results. That request is not access control: anyone with the URL can read them. The pages do not display the operator’s Google account contents.
Changes
The information will be updated if the integrations’ purposes, providers or data handling change. The date above identifies the latest policy update.
