What these connections are for

These integrations connect the operator’s Google accounts to his privately configured Hermes and Openmausbot assistants. They are for his own use, not a public sign-up service.

Depending on the permissions granted and tools enabled, the assistants are used to:

• Read and work with Google Drive files.
• Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, and save the results to Drive.
• Read and write emails in Gmail, including sending messages when instructed.
• Read Google Calendar events and add events when instructed.

Each Google connection has its own permissions. Listing a feature here does not grant access or mean it is enabled for every connection.

AI processing and privacy

The assistants use OpenAI Codex through the operator’s ChatGPT subscription. Google content needed to carry out a task may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Generated files may be saved to Google Drive; conversations and selected details may also remain in local assistant history or memory.

This public site contains information only. It does not host the assistants, provide a Google sign-in flow, or display connected Google account data.
